Return Policy

1. Subject to Section 4 below, Cortina Watch accepts returns (“Eligible Returns”) where:-
   
   1. the product delivered is damaged or defective upon delivery; or
   2. the product delivered is not the product ordered.
2. All items returned must:-
   
   1. be requested in writing to ecom@cortinawatch.com within ten (10) calendar days of delivery; and
   2. within 21 calendar days of delivery, be collected by our nominated couriers in Singapore to allow easy and prompt processing. We offer free return shipping on your Eligible Return.when you return your package via our . Alternatively, after confirmation by Cortina Watch, you may bring your Eligible Return to any of our boutiques..
3. Product(s) must be returned to Cortina Watch in its original condition and unworn or unused, together with the original certificate and packaging.
4. Cortina Watch reserves the right to reject/refuse any return if:
   
   1. the product is damaged due to improper use or handling by recipient;
   2. the product is damaged or defective and the return is not requested within ten calendar (10) days of delivery;
   3. damage to the product is due to subjecting it to unusual or unadvisable physical, environmental or electrical stress;
   4. the product has been modified without Cortina Watch’s authorisation;
   5. the product appears to have been worn and/or used; or
   6. the original certificate and packaging is missing or damaged
5. Cortina Watch shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of each product for return pursuant to this Return Policy, and such determination shall be conclusive.
6. Cortina Watch reserves the right to return ineligible returns to you at your own cost

Refund Policy

1. For successfully returned products, refunds will be in the form of a one-time use coupon code for the full amount of your purchase. This code can be applied towards future purchases on CortinaWatch.Online. Upon a successful return, a coupon code will be issued to you for use at your next checkout.
2. Coupon Codes must be utilised within 180 days upon issuance. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited upon expiry.
3. The amount refunded will be the total price you originally paid (merchandise price plus any applicable taxes), less any discounts applied during original purchase. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable for returned merchandise.
4. Where Cortina Watch cancels your order (for instance, where the ordered product isout of stock or unavailable for any other reason), Cortina Watch will refund to you the total price you originally paid for the cancelled product. Such refunds will be credited without interest via the mode of payment that was used for that order. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective. Please also note that the time taken to process the refund will be based on the issuing Bank’s processing time.
